To consider any matters arising from the minutes.

To update the Panel on the pay award to be applied to staff salaries.

To receive a presentation on the outcome of a recent staff survey.

Resolution to be moved:-

“That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Category 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) to the Act.

To consider recruitment and retention matters in light of the local government reorganisation.

To note the outcome of the appraisal of the Chief Executive and to confirm his objectives for 2025/26.

Such other business the Chairman has determined to be considered as a matter of urgency
